Many of us must have faced low volume problem during phone calls & we wanted to increase/boost this to hear properly the other person's voice, but couldn't. Here is the solution.
Volume+ is that app which does it nicely. It can change settings for speakers, headsets, & Bluetooth. You can change volume levels +1 - +4, also can change bass level. In the paid version volume level can be enhanced to +8 and EQ settings as well can be changed.
This great app didn't work on stock ROM in my case but worked in Cyanogen mod.
