"Uninstall not successful" on android?

I have an application "tektrak" on my Android smartphone which is not getting uninstalled. When I try to uninstall it, I get the following message -

Android 4 ICS coming to PCs and TVs!!

When Android 4 ICS was launched, it was conceived that it is for tablets and smartphones but now news is that Google is launching x86 compatible version of ICS so now it will be easily ported to PCs. It will be able to run on intel and AMD based processors.

Also there is news that it will be soon coming to TVs (television version).
