Why Samsung has launched Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 lower in specs in comparison to earlier Galaxy Tab 7.0 plus?
Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 is new tablet from Samsung but with not impressive specs; even lower than its previous galaxy Tab 7.0 plus. Noticeable points -
- lower CPU clock - dual core 1 Ghz that is lesser than 7 plus's 1.2 Ghz dual core clock
- Now CPU is of TI (texas instruments) not like 7 plus's Samsung home made Exynos chip
- Front camera is now VGA that is again not comparable to 2 MP camera of 7 plus Tab.
So these are few downgrades from earlier 7 plus TAB. And good points are -
- lower price around 250$
- First Galaxy Android 4 ICS tablet
Briefly Samsung has just launched this TAB to compete tabs like Kindle fire (200$). It is hard competition for kindle like tablets as in extra around 50$ you get so many additional things like front camera, Android 4, bluetooth, GPS, microSD, and sensors like ambient light etc. I think enough info for making a decision!!
