How to - Increase your body energy levels

Everyday we consume so much energy in all day to day activities like seeing, speaking, walking, listening, working and in so many other things. Often we feel lack of energy. We struggle with our bodies due to energy deficiency. Sometimes we get frustrated and angry as we are not able to do so much things, so much work as work never ends.

To increase energy levels, we take pills, energy powders, multivitamins etc. Due to this continuous lack of energy feeling, we get into body fatigues and then we get into many body related problems and often visit doctors.



Most of us even I have been through all this and trying to find different natural ways to increase my body energy levels. Energy is important aspect of life. Lets see different natural ways to increase our energy levels -

1. Yoga - in morning yoga is best exercise. we can start with pranayams - 7 stages and micro exercises for all body parts. This gives lot of energy

2. Good food - high protein food like eggs, fish etc., lot of fruits and salad in a day at least 2-3 times would help a lot. Avoid junk food as much as possible.

3. Aerobics - Aerobics or any other form of exercises give lot of energy. Blood circulates in whole body after good amount of exercise and blood is great healer.

4. Karma/Meditation - Good karma gives you energy too. When you do something positive or give happiness to some body else, you will feel energy/happiness. This is what i believe. Do what is right and right can be identified within your inner self. And inner self can be identified by regular meditation only.
